ba995 Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the ba995 platform and its users. Please read the following carefully:

• These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are written in English.

Account Registration

To open an account on ba995, users must meet the following conditions:

• Each person may open only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is strictly prohibited.

• The user's name, mobile number, and payment details must be their own and used lawfully.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. No third party may be allowed to use the account.
• Any change to account information must be reported to ba995 immediately.
• ba995 may at any time request identity verification documents (national ID, passport, etc.) as needed.

Age Verification

The ba995 platform is for users aged 21 years or older only.

• Registering or using the platform under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• ba995 may request a national ID or other government-issued identification at any time for age verification.
• An account may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.
• If anyone operates an account on behalf of a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.
• ba995 follows a strict policy on the protection of minors and no exceptions will be made in this regard.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following terms apply to financial transactions on ba995:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 (one) hour.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account with the same name and the same mobile number.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended.
• ba995 reserves the right to verify identity and transactions before processing a withdrawal.
• In the case of fraudulent transactions, ba995 reserves the right to freeze all funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at ba995 are governed by the following terms:

• The welcome bonus is up to 120% on the first deposit up to ৳10,000, with a wagering requirement of 20 times.
• Each bonus offer may be used only once, and claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If a withdrawal is made before meeting the bonus terms, winnings related to that bonus may be forfeited.
• ba995 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonuses and winnings of the relevant account will be cancelled.
• The benefits of the Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers of the VIP program will be announced separately and are subject to change.
• In any dispute regarding promotional offers, the decision of ba995 is final.

Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing cricket betting, slot games, and casino games on ba995:

• Once all bets are finally confirmed, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a technical error or server issue, ba995 reserves the right to refund the relevant account or restore the bet.
• If a cricket match is cancelled or suspended indefinitely for any reason, the settlement of the relevant bet will be made according to ba995's established policy.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any other improper method is strictly prohibited.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, ba995 will review the server logs and issue a final decision.
• Placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts is considered arbitrage betting and is prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba995 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account under someone else's identity.
• Attempting to intrude, hack, or disrupt any software or system on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Bonus fraud — collecting bonuses using multiple devices, IP addresses, or identities.
• Selling, transferring, or renting ba995 services to others.
• Conducting any form of commercial fraud or scam through the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

ba995 may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents in a timely manner.
• Detection of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).
• Submitting a self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

In the event of account closure, ba995 will consider returning any valid balance (if present and subject to conditions being met). However, no funds will be returned if the user was involved in prohibited activities.
